You can recover a forgotten counter password on this page

  1. Follow this link. Enter email and, if necessary, counter ID.

  2. Click “Recover” button.

Password recovery using a text file

Passwords can be recovered even if you don’t know the email address specified at registration.

  1. Click on “Forgot email” link and follow the instructions on the next screen.

  2. Create a text file on your PC called top.mail.ru-123456.txt. Replace the digits 123456 with your counter ID. Type your email address in the text file.

  3. Open the administration panel of your server. Locate the “File manager”.
  4. In the “File manager”, go to the root directory of your site and upload your previously-created text file.

  5. Click “Done” button.
