To access the page you must sign in Mail.Ru with email which you have specified in counter settings or enter the counter password.

If you set email registered in Mail.Ru as a counter owner, you can view private statistics without password. You need to be logged in Mail.Ru using email, specified in counter info.

Make a separate report publicly available you can on the permissions page.
